You agree not to exceed provisioned API rate limits or transmit malicious payloads. 03.0 // SERVICE AVAILABILITY While we maintain redundant infrastructure targeting 99.9% uptime with sub-15ms cached responses, services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. 04.0 // GOVERNING LAW & INQUIRIES These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and applicable international trade laws.
